Thanks so much for considering the Future ADHD planner. Here's a quick little video I made to help explain a little more about how the Future ADHD digital planner works. This is a quick intro - after purchasing you'll have access to the full Future ADHD planner tutorial videos to guide you through set up.
We'll endeavour to create a similar one for the printable version soon too!
As mentioned in the video, here is the full list of our recommended compatible apps for the digital planner.
If you have any questions, feel free to read through some of our other articles, support questions or contact us.
Happy planning!

I got a very helpful email a few days ago, but I am stuck at the moment.
I downloaded Forest Green and have sent that to my Remarkable 2.
I wish I had selected "Build Your Own" as I am a night owl that plays music for a living and want my time blocker to go from 10am-2am. I can't figure out how to download the other PDF. Is it possible for you to send me the other version or a link to do the same.
Thanks again for such a great tool, C
Hi Conan,
Glad your enjoying the planner! You can download the build your own version by going back to your email receipt and opening the setup wizard link. I'll also get our customer service team to get in touch with you to help you out.
Cheers,
Eric
Do I need that electronic pen tool or can I just type in into the planner?
Most people prefer to use a stylus pen (you can pick up a decent, unofficial one on Ebay/Amazon if you don’t want to buy the expensive apple version), but you can also use your finger to annotate or use either the on-screen or a bluetooth keyboard for text entries 🙂
This digital planner is amazing! Perfect for staying organized every day!
Does this work on phones? Or just tablets?
Absolutely, it works on phones too! 📱✨
The planner is fully compatible with iOS and Android phones as long as you’re using a PDF annotation app (like Goodnotes, Penly, Xodo, or Noteshelf – see the full list here: https://futureadhd.com/support/device-and-app-compatibility/). Just keep in mind that phone screens are smaller, so some people find tablets easier to use – but if your phone’s your main device, it still works great! Let me know if you want app recommendations 😊. You can also download one of the apps and then try our free test file here: https://futureadhd.com/test/
