This article explores the differences between The Mini ADHD Coach planner and the original Future ADHD planner. To learn more, see our shop.
If you've been checking out the Future ADHD digital planner, you might’ve noticed there’s more than one option available. Alongside the original Future ADHD Planner, there’s also a special collaboration version - The Mini ADHD Coach planner (TMAC). So, what’s different, and what’s the same?
The Future ADHD printable planner also comes in a TMAC version.
Let’s walk through the differences! ✨
Same Templates, Same ADHD-Friendly Design
No matter which version you pick, you’re getting the #1 ADHD digital planner in the world, created by a team of ADHDers and loved by 100K+ neurodivergents. (With 6800+ glowing reviews with a 4.8⭐ average!) 🙌
Both the original Future ADHD planners and The Mini ADHD Coach planner use the same evidence-based templates, designed by Grace Koelma from Future ADHD to support the way ADHD brains work best. They’re built to reduce overwhelm, create structure, and make planning something you’ll actually want to do.
Here’s what’s included in both versions:
- 📆 Daily, weekly, and monthly planning pages
- ✅ Habit trackers, goal-setting tools, and routine builders
- 🧠 Gentle prompts and self-reflection space
- 🔁 Repeatable structure to reduce decision fatigue
✨ Free lifetime updates included! Once you buy a color, it’s yours forever. No subscriptions, no extra charges. Just long-term planning support that grows with you.
The Mini ADHD Coach planner is a special collab we've done with Alice from The Mini ADHD Coach, and it includes a few custom features that bring her personal style into the mix:
1. Language Tweak

Future ADHD planner: Uses the phrase “Get Sh*t Done” as a little boost of ADHD firepower 🔥 😉
TMAC version: Swaps that out for “Get It Done,” for a cleaner, more family-friendly tone 👍
2. TMAC Color Scheme

All our Future ADHD planners have their own color schemes. This is from our rainbow planner

The TMAC planner has it's own color scheme and Alice's custom font too
The TMAC planner uses Alice’s signature pastel-inspired color palette for a gentle, distinctive visual style and her own custom handwriting font seen in all her popular social content on @the_mini_adhd_coach.
3. Custom Cover Designs

The TMAC version comes with its own exclusive covers—so it’s got a different look right from the front page.
4. TMAC Illustrations & Coloring Pages

Custom TMAC character illustrations throughout

The TMAC planner comes with bonus coloring pages
Alice (The Mini ADHD Coach) contributed her own character illustrations throughout the planner, plus some bonus TMAC-themed coloring pages for mindful breaks.
5. Bonus Sticker Pack

All Future ADHD digital planners come with stickers

The TMAC planner comes with an additional sticker pack
This version also includes a TMAC character sticker pack you can use in digital apps like Goodnotes to decorate and personalize your planner. The Future ADHD digital planner also comes with hundreds of stickers included - these are just extra for TMAC.
TL;DR
Both versions of the planner are grounded in the same ADHD-supportive structure, thoughtfully designed by Grace Koelma and backed by the lived experience of ADHDers.
The TMAC version simply adds a fresh visual style and some playful extras like exclusive artwork, softer language, and sticker fun, thanks to Alice’s personal touch.
So whether you’re drawn to the original vibe or you love the TMAC aesthetic, you’re getting a planner that supports your brain, your routines, and your way of showing up in the world

I feel like maybe the french planner TDAHeros was copied on yours. Maybe?
Yes, it’s an illegal copy of our intellectual property and we’re working to have it shut down
The planners seem very female focused, as a male that theme if to full on would make it very hard to stick with. Has the future adhd planner got a more balanced look and feel ?
Yep, you’re probably right that the Mini ADHD coach planner is a bit more femme. Our audience is also about 85% female too, so that made sense as a partnership. But the original Future ADHD Planner is gender neutral. We have some colour schemes that are more traditionally femme-preferred like Rainbow and Lavender, but plenty of guys using the planner too. Neutral options are Dark Mode, Monochrome, Forest Green, Sunset. You can download a test file here: https://futureadhd.com/test if that’s helpful to see a preview of each colour scheme.
You’re awesome thank you
