"Cannot tell you what this planner has meant to me. While I don’t have ADHD, I do have major depression and when I’m in a depressive valley, I find it hard to form basic thoughts, attend to self-care needs, or function productively. The best way for me to overcome this is to set up a plan while I’m on a peak that I can implement automatically, without thinking.
