This is our all-ages planner, full of kid-friendly illustrations! While it's not designed specifically for kids, the templates are suitable for all ages, and many would be applicable for children around 10+ (with parent support) and teens. The Mini ADHD Coach is a friendly little character throughout who acts like a little guide, and shares handy tips.

Note: While the original Future ADHD planner has a 'Get Sh*t Done' section, the TMAC version does not contain expletives, so that it's accessible to all ages.

Hello! I'm Grace, ADHD educator, writer and founder of Future ADHD. I was diagnosed with ADHD in my 30s and soon after, I created the Future ADHD Planner which has become the #1 ADHD planner in the world with more than 50K users globally. What page sizes does the printable come in?

The planner comes as a PDF in US Letter, A4 and Happy Planner Classic sizes.

If you want to print A5, please use the A4 template as it scales down exactly. 

How do I display my planner pages after printing?

We recommend using a clipboard or ring binder/arch lever folder to display your planner while you are working out which layout suits you. Then, once you become familiar with the templates and find the ones you stick with, you could get it printed and bound.

Can I print this planner in black & white?

Yes, although the planner comes as a full-color file, you can print in black and white to save ink.

What's the scientific basis?

Grace here! At Future ADHD, our work in supporting ADHDers is based on scientific evidence, and is holistic, strengths-based and curiosity-driven. We've developed unique, evidence-based frameworks and templates that help us organize our lives and schedules in a way that makes sense to our brains. In my work developing the Future ADHD planner, and generally in my role as an ADHD educator, I reference empirical studies, meta-analysis, phenomenological (qualitative) studies, and books or lectures by ADHD psychologists and other experts.
