Refund and Returns Policy

Future ADHD offers a mix of digital products, online courses, physical goods, and live programmes. Because these formats work differently, refunds, returns, and guarantees vary by offering.
Please review the section below that applies to your purchase, and always refer to the relevant sales page and checkout for the specific product or programme you’re purchasing. Where an offering includes its own refund policy or guarantee, that policy takes precedence.

Live Programmes & Cohorts
Live programmes and cohort-based experiences are delivered over a defined period and often have limited capacity.
Refunds, credits, and guarantees for live programmes are outlined on the individual programme sales page and at checkout, and may vary depending on the structure, timing, and capacity of the offering.
Once a live programme begins, places are typically reserved and cannot be reallocated. Please review the specific programme terms carefully before enrolling.
Online Courses
Future ADHD offers both fully pre-recorded courses and courses that include a live component. Refund policies differ between these formats.
Fully pre-recorded courses
Pre-recorded courses provide immediate access to digital content upon purchase. Because of this instant access, we do not offer refunds on fully pre-recorded courses.
Please review the course description carefully before purchasing to ensure it’s the right fit for you.
Courses with a live component
Courses that include live sessions, workshops, or cohort-based elements may have a refund policy up until a stated start date, similar to live programmes.
The applicable refund or credit terms for these courses will be clearly outlined on the course sales page and at checkout. Once the live component begins, refunds are generally not available.
Digital Products (Non-course)
Refunds
Standalone digital products (such as planners, downloads, or toolkits) are available for download or access immediately after purchase. For this reason, we don’t offer refunds on digital products as a general rule.
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, or if something clearly unusual occurs, please contact us and we’ll review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges for digital products. Each purchase provides access to that specific product and version. Different formats, versions, or editions are sold separately.
Lifetime access & availability
When a digital product or course is described as offering “lifetime access,” this refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
You’ll have access to the version you purchased for as long as Future ADHD continues to make that product available. Products may be updated, replaced, or retired over time. We recommend saving a personal backup for your own records where possible.
Physical Products
Made to order
All physical products are made to order and fulfilled by a trusted third-party provider. Because items are custom-produced, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- change of mind
- incorrect size selection
- incorrect shipping details entered at checkout
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If something’s wrong
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos showing the problem
We’ll review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Lost or returned packages
If your order is lost in transit or returned to the sender, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with you to find the best solution. In some cases, replacement shipping costs may apply.

We design our policies to match the nature of each offering. Live programmes and live courses involve committed capacity and facilitation, while pre-recorded digital products provide immediate access and physical products are made to order.
