I also share my nervous system story... my personal journey with anxiety and depression across the past 15 years, regular dark spirals and how my nervous system was depleted. I share my story of what happened when I reached an all time low during Covid lockdowns in 2021, heavily pregnant and facing stress-inducing hospital restrictions, and how I had to learn to nourish my nervous system.
