Try hot-spotting using your phone data
Disconnect from your current wifi network, turn on your phone hotspot (which uses your data) and connect your computer or tablet to your phone hotspot. If you don't know how to use a hotspot, type the name and model of your phone + "how to hotspot" into Google.
Clear your browser cache
We recommend clearing the cache on your web browser. (Google how to do this for your web browser).
Try another web browser
If you're using Chrome, swap to Firefox or Safari etc.
